In battery mode, the CPU functions at 1.2GHz and the core voltage descends to 1.2V. According to Intel, the average power dissipated by the Pentium 4-M 2.20GHz in power-saving mode does not exceed 2W. The processor costs $562 in 1000 units quantities.
  • Mobile Intel Pentium III-M 1.33GHz. The processor makes use of 133MHz FSB, offers 512KB of L2 cache and works at 1.4V at full speed. In power-saving mode, the frequency of the CPU decreases to 800MHz, while the core voltage to 1.15V. As stated officially, the average power dissipated by the novelty in battery mode is not higher than 1.5W. The processor is priced at $505 in 1000 units quantities.
  • Mobile Intel Pentium III-M 1.26GHz. The CPU supports 133MHz system bus, utilises 512KB of L2 cache and works at 1.4V at full speed. In battery mode, the core-clock of the CPU descends to 800MHz, the core voltage decreases to 1.15V. The average power dissipated by the newcomer in power-saving mode is not higher than 1.5W. The CPU costs $401 in 1000 units quantities.
  • Low Voltage Mobile Intel Pentium III Processor-M 1GHz. The processor utilises 133MHz processor bus, offers 512KB of L2 cache and works at 1.15V at full speed. In battery mode, the LV Mobile Intel Pentium III Processor-M 1GHz functions at 533MHz and the core voltage descends to 1.05V. According to Intel, the average power dissipated by the newcomer in power-saving mode does not exceed 1W. The processor costs $316 in 1000 units quantities.
  • Ultra Low Voltage Mobile Intel Pentium III-M 866MHz. The processor makes use of 133MHz FSB, provides 512KB of L2 cache and works at 1.1V at 866MHz. In power-saving mode, the frequency of the newly unveiled product decreases to 400MHz, while the core voltage to 0.95V. Intel said, the average power dissipated by the device in battery mode is not higher than 0.5W. The CPU is officially priced at $209 in 1000 units quantities.
  • Ultra Low Voltage Mobile Intel Pentium III-M 850MHz. The newcomer supports 100MHz system bus, utilises 512KB of L2 cache and works at 1.1V at full speed. In battery mode, the core-clock of the CPU descends to 400MHz, the core voltage decreases to 0.95V. The average power dissipated by the newcomer in power-saving mode is not higher than 0.5W. The CPU price does not differ from the cost of the previous one and equals to $209 in 1000 units quantities.
  • Mobile Intel Celeron 1.80GHz. The newcomer utilises 400MHz Quad Pumped Bus, offers 256KB of L2 cache and works at 1.3V at full speed. The processor costs $149 in 1000 units quantities.
  • Mobile Intel Celeron 1.70GHz. The processor makes use of 400MHz Quad Pumped Bus, supports 256KB of L2 cache and works at 1.3 at 1.70GHz. The official cost is at $134 in 1000 units quantities.
  • Mobile Intel Celeron 1.60GHz. The newcomer supports 400MHz QPB system bus, utilises 256KB of L2 cache and works at 1.3V in default mode. In 1000 units quantities the novelty costs $112.
  • Ultra Low Voltage Mobile Intel Celeron 733MHz. The newcomer makes use of 100MHz FSB, provides 256KB of L2 cache and works at 1.1V at full speed. The processor costs $144 in 1000 units quantities.
  • Ultra Low Voltage Mobile Intel Celeron 700MHz. The processor utilises 100MHz processor bus, offers 256KB of L2 cache and works at 1.1V at 700MHz. The price in 1000 units quantities is the same compared to the model above: $144.
Besides the introduction of these new microprocessors, Intel decreased the prices on a number of CPUs in their current line. The Low Voltage Mobile Intel Pentium III Processor-M 933MHz is now sold for 24% less than before: $241 in wholesale; The Low Voltage Mobile Intel Pentium III Processor-M 850/866MHz lost 18% of their price and now cost $198. Intel also lowered the price of Low Voltage Mobile Intel Celeron 733MHz from $134 to $94.

Intel will continue to increase the frequency of their Pentium 4-M processors. In the first quarter they will reveal 2.4GHz model and 2.5 as well as 2.6GHz CPUs are expected to come in the second and in the third quarters respectively. They are definitely going to be really hot babes for the mobile market.

Que abuso, não sabia dessa.

Nem sei porque é que se dão ao trabalho de lançar essa porcaria... tão cheios de pressa...
