Preciso de ajuda. Não consigo desinstalar o Nero 7.9.6.0 Demo. Tudo começou ao tentar instalar a nova versão 8. Chegava a um ponto da instalação em que tentava remover a versão anterior e dava sempre o mesmo erro
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click ok to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package NERO.MSI in the box below"
O problema é que não encontro esse pacote de instalação em parte alguma do meu PC. Alguém sabe o que devo fazer?
Também não resulta. Escolho a opção remover Nero 7.9.6.0 e a meio do processo com os seguintes erros:
1º - "C:\Program Files\Nero 7\Uninstall refers to a locations that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location"
No entanto o programa parecia continuar a remover o Nero até ao 2º erro:
