ASUS today unveiled its new ASUS G70 notebook featuring powerful dual-graphics based on the highly acclaimed NVIDIA SLI technology, as well as the support of dual hard drives and 8GB of system memory for optimal transfer rates. Powerful Performance On-the-go
The ASUS G70 is designed for the serious computer enthusiast, and is also aimed at users who want to enjoy high-definition video on their notebooks. Armed with a stunning 17" diagonal widescreen display with a native resolution of 1920x1200 and a pair of powerful NVIDIA GeForce 8700M GT graphics processing units (GPUs) with 1GB of dedicated memory, the ASUS G70 is able to maximize long-term entertainment value and advanced visual quality to provide an uninterrupted thrill-packed adventure. Gamers will be able to play the most system-resource demanding games while running multiple applications in the background seamlessly.

8700M GT SLI? Até uma 8800M GTS single era capaz de ser melhor... Se era para fazer SLI, faziam de 8800M GTS ou GTX.

8GB de RAM? Quase ninguém necessita de mais de 2GB :wvsore:
 
concordo na questão das gráficas, para fazer SLI de 8700 éra preferivel ter apenas uma 8800 GTX, mas enfim a sigla SLI deve ajudar a vender...

e sim é muito mais bonito e sobrio que os espampanantes G1s e G2s!

É mesmo lindo.... concordo em relação às gráficas, mas muita gente quando souber que tem 2 8700GT em SLI fica louca... Chama-se a isto tirar partido da ignorância das pessoas...
Gostei mesmo do design do gajo.
 
bem... devo de ser o unico a achar que o corrente G1s é mt mais bonito e sóbrio, e que este modelo sim, tem ar de chuning/nave espacial
 
as luzes laterais foram logo a 1ª cena que desliguei mal o liguei :D para mim só ha encontrei 3 defeitos no g1s a nivel de design.

1: podiam haver menos plasticos;
2: os leds laterais;
3: aquele screen com as horas é uma estupides pegada: horas à americana (AM/PM); a cena do msn nao funciona a 100%; passado poucos meses nota-se no logo da asus o desgaste dos leds das horas, que ficam mais escuros por tarem sempre a bombar/queimar
 
sempre existiram portáteis com subwoofer...

Realmente uma 8800 não lhe caia mal, sempre é mais profissional que os G1/2, menos tunnig, e 8gb de ram..., na altura que alguém precisar disso para correr algum programa ou jogo, certamente já está implementado outro tipo de ddr em que para ai, especulando, 2gb equivalem a performance desses 8gb....
 
Agora o rato é Razer? Na minha opinião, melhor que nos G1 e G2. Não compensa em nada, Clevo M570RU-U tem 8800GTX por 2000€, e esta gráfica é melhor que 2 8700, e aquece menos que as 2 juntas, e a Asus tem fama de ao mudar as coisas ficar sem garantia (por exemplo dos discos que durante muito tempo foram sempre de 4200rpm e mesmo neste é 5400rpm)
