Erro - svchost.exe.mdmp

Numa das minhas máquinas agora ao encerrar aparece esta mensagem de erro a falar deste ficheiro.

Digo que sim ou cancel e ele encerra. Depois ao ligar o PC dá a tal mensagem de enviar para a Microsoft.

Alguêm já o teve? Ou preciso de um format??

Nao era esse ficheiro que tinha uma falha qq relativa a um trojan ?

I had the same problem after installed Norton Antivirus 2004 on a Windows XP Sp2.

I resolved the problem excluding svxhost.exe from the list of program scanned by Norton Antivirus.
This can be done modifying the Norton Antivirus Option.

This Fixed it on my computer, hopes it works for you.

1. From the Window Desktop, click Start, and then click Control panel. The control panel will open.

2. Double click the Administrative Tools icon. The administrative Tools window will open.

3. Double click the Service icon. The Service window will open.

4. Double click the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) icon. The Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) Properties (Local Machine) windows will open.

5. On the General tab, click the drop down arrow in the Start up Type box and select Disabled.

6. Click Stop. A window will open with a message stating the service is being found. When the message closes, verify the ServiceStatus displays Stopped. Repeat this step if necessary.

7. Click Apply, and then click OK.
