gFTP 2.0.18 com AUTH SSL

Boas ppl, sou newbie em Linux, ainda estou a correr linux em VMware Workstation, tenho agora uma problema, eu uso ftp's inter para sacar as minhas cenas, e sempre usei ftp rush em win(e continuo a usar) e agora em ubuntu 5.10 n consigo ligar-me através do protocolo auth ssl(q é obrigatório nos sites a que eu acedo) alguém me sabe dizer como ultrapassar isto em gFTP ou se existe algum outro cliente ftp com suporte para auth ssl?
