Problema com Gsmart mini2

Boas ppl

É assim, emprestaram-me agora uma mini2, instalei tudo direitinho e quando abro o programa pa ver as fotos q estao na maquina, o programa passa-se (se a maquina estiver ligada ao pc e ligada)!!!

Alguem teve um problema igual?? A maquina funciona perfeitamente no win98 (eu tenho o xp).

Será q isto n esta a funceminar devido a isto??

Para instalar no windows XP necessitas obter os drivers mais recentes que podes obter no site do fabricante e seguir as instruções específicas que vêm incluídas nos drivers.

Eu tenho também a GSmart2 Mini no XP e funciona 5 estrelas.


Nota: Antes de voltares a instalar os mais recentes, desinstala os drivers e utilidades anteriores.

Ok, vou exprimentar sacar os ultimos drivers...

Ninguem sabe o que é o controlador universal, para q serve, e porque é q me esta a dar aquela msg????

Foi este o procedimento que seguistes?



Uninstall your Windows XP scanner(GSmart) driver.
Disconnect your scanner's USB cable from the computer.
Download the following files: XPDriver.exe, Web.exe, Web.w02... and Web.w0x.
Execute the XPDriver.exe program and decompress the program in the temp folder.
Connect the scanner to the computer. A "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog box appears. Select the temp folder as the driver's location, and then follow the onscreen instructions to continue.


Execute the Web.exe program to install the Twain driver and the Panel.
Restart your computer, once the installation is complete.
