Estive a googlar, e pelo o que eu li , aquilo que o LCD diz CPU INIT ..significa algo

CPU INIT is not a problem. It stands for CPU Initiation. See the last page in your manual A-4 under Debug Code Table. The very first code.
I bought this same board a couple of weeks ago along with the E8400 processor and had the very same problem.
Your BIOS needs to be flashed with the BIOS upgrade to make the motherboard compatible with your chipset.
Don't ship the motherboard, chipset, and ram back to NCIX like they told me to do and then wait for two weeks or so before they could get around to flashing it. The cost to ship that stuff to BC would be around $30.00 and I ended up getting it flashed in 10 minutes right at home.
NCIX should have something on there web site to let a customer know that the boards will not work with the newer chipset, even though the packaging and their web site says they are compatible with the newer technology, and let them know they will have to get the Bios flashed and maybe the customer would get them to do it before it is shipped thousands of kms across the country.
Please put a flag on your system to let us know especially, when we are buying new chips, motherboard and ram all at the same time. NCIX should know that the boards will not work when shipped like that.
When the boards are installed in your case and the speaker is hooked up they will sound the post or other codes. It is even in the manual what the beeps stand for. There is nothing listed for the board when it will not post. "
A minha pergunta é como é que se flasha ? nunca fiz isso. Isso sera soluçao para o meu problema?
