Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite gets NBTC certified, launch imminent

Xiaomi unveiled the Mi Note 10 last November and it seems the company will follow it up with a Lite version soon.

The Mi Note 10 Lite, sporting model code M2002F4LG, has been certified by Thailand's NBTC, hinting at an imminent launch.

The listing on the Thai certification authority's website doesn't reveal any specifications of the Mi Note 10 Lite, but the smartphone passed through FCC last month, revealing its specs in the process.

The Mi Note 10 Lite, like the vanilla Mi Note 10, will be powered by the Snapdragon 730G SoC, sport a 6.47" FullHD+ AMOLED display, and pack a 5,260 mAh battery, charging at up to 30W. But that's where its similarities with the regular Mi Note 10 (model number M1910F4G) end.

The document shared by Xiaomi on FCC's website reveals the Mi Note 10 Lite will feature a penta camera setup on the back, which will be a combination of one 64MP, two 8MP, one 5MP, and one 2MP unit. Besides, the smartphone won't come with laser auto-focus.

Moreover, while the Mi Note 10 booted Android 9 out of the box, its Lite version will run the latest Android 10.

There's no word from Xiaomi about the Mi Note 10 Lite yet, but we expect to hear more about it in the coming weeks.

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite launching tomorrow, April 30

Xiaomi will launch a new phone called Mi Note 10 Lite tomorrow - a more affordable alternative of the Mi Note 10 camera beast. It will have a similar front panel, but only four shooters on the back, lined up vertically, along with two LED flashes.

There’s not much info about the phone, but previous rumors suggested a 6.47” OLED screen with Full HD+ resolution. We are expecting a Snapdragon 730G chipset, and the same huge 5,260 mAh battery with 30W fast charging as on the Mi Note 10.

The camera department is going to be the most interesting bit as it was the Mi Note 10 key selling point. At the same time the 108MP senor is perhaps too expensive for a Lite device, so we might see a change there.

The launch is taking place tomorrow, April 30, at noon UTC and Xiaomi promised there’ll be a live stream on YouTube.

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite is official, brings a lot of phone for little money

Xiaomi just made the Mi Note 10 Lite official. We knew just about everything about the device thanks to extensive leaks and teasers, but it's nice to get an official confirmation and, of course, the pricing and availability details. The Mi Note 10 Lite's starting price is €349 and it nets you a 6/64GB variant. For €399 you can get the 6/128GB model and they are both coming in mid May.

Save for the camera, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite is an almost exact match to the Mi Note 10/Mi Note 10. It has a 6.47-inch 1080p AMOLED screen, a Snapdragon 730G chipset and a 5,260mAh battery with 30W fast charging.

Around the back it has a 64MP Sony IMX686 main sensor, in place of the Samsung-made 108MP sensor, along with an 8MP ultrawide, a 5MP macro and 2MP depth sensor - unlike the Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro, the Lite comes without the two telephoto cameras.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite will be available from mid-May in three colors - Nebula Purple, Glacier White and Midnight Black.

Provavelmente a versão normal 6Gb/128Gb...
