So, a difference of even 6 decibels is considerable. Without a doubt, you can't buy a ready-to-roll case that's quieter then this. Also, let me just tell you what's living in this case that's contributing to the noise/heat:

* Two 512MB DIMMs
* Radeon 9800 Pro
Sometimes it seems like all we can measure is the sound of the two 10k RPM hard drives! It's almost that quiet. And for the record, I should also note that this lab monster has DVD+RW, CD-R, and Sound Blaster Audigy 2 in it. The 380W this supply puts off is by our tests clean, efficient, and reliable. OK, but how well does it cool?
