Não me importo qual o material que tenha, só gostaria que mantivesse as opções de remover a bateria e microSD slot que distinguia a LG dos outros topos de gama.

We keep hearing that LG may pull the LG G5 launch up a bit, unleashing the new flagship in February instead of the usual Q2 launch. The new model will focus on further improving the camera and on one thing the G4 missed out on – biometric security.

According to a new rumor coming in from Taiwan the LG G5 will have a 5.6" screen, keeping the QHD resolution. The optional leather back will allegedly be swapped out for a metal unibody (LG already dipped its toes there with the Zero/Class, pictured below).



On the camera side, a large 1/2" sensor with 20MP-21MP resolution is expected, a large increase over the 1/2.6" 16MP unit in the G4. An 8MP unit is slated for the front, but it's not clear if LG will repeat its unique dual-camera setup from the LG V10.

The LG G5 will gain a fingerprint sensor (the G3 and G4 all missed out, the V10 got one though). In addition to that the G5 should also get a Lumia-style iris scanner as an additional security option.

It will be powered by Snapdragon 820 chipset, the top dog from Qualcomm instead of going with the second best like it did with the G4.

Espero que seja mesmo bom, apesar de gostar muito da HTC, esta compra "forçada" do G4 não me está a desiludir ao contrario do da samsung que não gostei muito.
 
Este caminha para eu me manter na LG para o ano que vem, as políticas da Samsung já não vêm minimamente de encontro ao que eu gosto (Samsungwannabeapple) enquanto que a LG vai continuar a oferecer versatilidade.
 
Uma fonte divulgou, ainda nesta quarta-feira, 23 de dezembro, a possível lista completa com as especificações técnicas do LG G5, o segundo flagship mais esperado para o primeiro semestre de 2016, decidido pelos próprios leitores do *****. A conta mobile_leaks usou o fórum da internet, Reddit, para criar um espaço onde todos os prováveis componentes do futuro carro-chefe feito pela gigante da Coreia do Sul foram estabelecidos, incluindo um conjunto bem forte para competir com os duros rivais, que também devem dar as caras em meados do próximo ano. Infelizmente para os curiosos de plantão, a origem não anexou nenhuma imagem para retratar o dispositivo portátil da empresa asiática, portanto essa parte terá que sair da imaginação de cada um.

Nas palavras do informante, o LG G5 contará com os seguintes aspectos:

  • Tela de 5,3 polegadas, usando a resolução Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) para a exibição de conteúdo, provavelmente usando a tecnologia IPS
  • 3 GB de RAM
  • Chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 820
  • Processador de quatro núcleos
  • Adreno 530 como placa gráfica
  • Câmeras principais de 16 megapixels (sim, duas), acompanhada de um laser para melhor autofoco
  • Câmera frontal de 8 megapixels
  • Slot para cartão microSD e chip de operadora na parte direita da estrutura
  • Sensor infravermelho na parte superior
  • Sensor de batimentos cardíacos
  • Sensor de pressão
  • Alto-falante no rodapé da carcaça
  • Leitor de impressões digitais, similar ao encontrado no LG V10
  • Entrada no padrão USB Type-C
Percebe-se que o LG G5, caso realmente tenha todas as especificações técnicas listadas pela origem, será um dos produtos mais completos de 2015. Ainda segundo a fonte, a empresa sediada na Coreia do Sul colocará um fim no uso de policarbonato na construção de seu flagship, oferecendo uma experiência mais premiada aos consumidores. Fora isso, há quase todo o tipo de sensor imaginável em um smartphone, mas a atenção se volta para a presença do leitor de impressões digitais, algo que está sendo um padrão para celulares modernos, portanto esqueça senhas, padrões e demais quebras-cabeça no desbloqueio da interface. Não há informações sobre quando a marca oriental irá apresentar formalmente sua novidade, porém estima-se que isso deva acontecer em meados de abril de 2016. LG's upcoming G5 flagship smartphone, which has been the subject of some rumors and leaksuntil now, will come with a dual camera set-up (16MP + 8MP) at the back. This was revealed in a new leak, which came courtesy of a Reddit user who also shared the following image that apparently shows the device's body partially obscured by a black box.

A number of other specs were also revealed, including 5.3-inch Quad HD display, SD820 SoC with 3GB RAM, 8MP front camera, as well as a SIM and microSD slot. In addition, the leakster said that the device will also have a color spectrum and a heart rate sensor fitted in the camera assembly, as well as a fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button.

Other features that were revealed include a USB-C port, bottom firing speaker, as well as IR blaster on top. There was no word on the launch time frame though - recent reports have suggested that will happen in February.

LG's upcoming flagship smarphone - the G5 - will come with a secondary display similar to the one that the V10 sports, according to a report from VentureBeat. The 160 x 1040 pixel resolution display will also be there on several other LG phones coming next year.

As per the report, the smartphone will also come with a dual rear camera set-up - something thatwe already know - giving the main 16MP camera a 135-degree wide-angle capability.

"In between the two lenses is a circle with a quartet of elements in a square configuration, according to the briefed individual, who was also shown images of the upcoming flagship," the report says. "Two of those are LED flash bulbs, while another one is a laser for assisting with autofocus, first deployed on 2014’s LG G3. The fourth element is also found on G4: a so-called RGB sensor to further assist with autofocus and other scene-recognition functions."

In addition, the device will also feature what the report calls a Magic Slot. "It is said to enable some functional expansion by way of hardware modules. The examples we were given range from an array of specified cameras — action, 360 VR, 'party' — to an audio amplifier to a physical keyboard."

As for the other specs, the report notes that the G5 will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 chipset, and sport a 5.3-inch QHD display. RAM will be 3GB, while internal memory will be 32GB. Featuring an 8MP front camera, the device will pack in a 2,800mAh battery, and also come with a fingerprint sensor on the back.

There's no word on the pricing. As for availability, the report says the handset will see a "first quarter 2016 launch."
