PES 2019 Screens Leaked, New Licensed Leagues Hinted
With Konami's 10-year agreement with UEFA at an end, it seems that PES 2019 could actually be going big with licenses this year, if leaked screenshots and info on the upcoming footie title are to be believed. Thanks to a listing on the Hong Kong PlayStation Store, a trio of images have found their way online alongside a description revealing new features.
Among these features is the addition of "authentic leagues" which is described as a "huge addition" for the series, and if the cover of the Legend Edition and leaked screenshot of David Beckham is any sort of an indication, erm, Beckham will be in the game too. Obviously. This appears to be an increased effort from Konami to compete with FIFA in the official licenses department.
Other features include "every element" of myClub being overhauled, with players now getting eleven different skill traits, including improved shooting. A new visual stamina aspect is also being mooted, under the label of "Visible Fatigue", which basically means you'll actually see players getting more and more worn out as a match unfolds. According to the leaked store page, PES 2019 will also be out on 30th August 2018, a bit earlier than usual.
Philippe Coutinho is also pictured in his Barca strip, suggesting that PES 2019 will see Konami's relationship continuing. Check out the images below and an official announcement soon, no doubt.
