[Media Player] Formuler Z7 / Z7+ / Z8 - Dúvidas Gerais

Boas,
A minha box z8 arrasta a imagem da iptv com alguma frequência... Parece que está tipo a fazer buffering e o vídeo fica numa especie de slow-motion. Por norma resolve eu reiniciar a box... Se abrir a mesma lista no PC ou no telemóvel funciona sem stress...
Alguma sugestão?

Boa noite, tenho uma Z8 Pro e estava a funcionar tudo bem até que reiniciei a box pelo sistema. Quando voltou a ligar não dava qualquer imagem.
De seguida desliguei a box da corrente e voltei a ligar. Apareceram "Formuler Z8 Pro" na TV seguido de "android" como seria de esperar a iniciar, no entanto, a seguir a aparecer "android" o ecrã volta a ficar completamente preto. Esperei para ver se aparecia alguma coisa e de tempo a tempo dava um "flash" de menos de um segundo em que se via o menu principal da box, o que significa que a box inicia e aqui o problema está só na imagem.
Pensei então em fazer o hard reset através do comando. Desliguei a box da corrente, voltei a ligar, carreguei várias vezes no botão vermelho até a luz da box começar a piscar vermelho e branco e depois pressionei a tecla 1 até aparecer um círculo colorido. No entanto, segundo o que vi, a seguir a este circulo era suposto aparecer "android" e de seguida o menu de configuração inicial. No entanto a seguir ao circulo volta a aparecer "Formuler Z8 Pro" seguido de "android" seguido de black screen mais uma vez.

Alguém sabe o que pode estar a causar este problema e como resolve-lo?

Deixei a box desligada da corrente durante umas horas e ao voltar a ligar já estava tudo bem.

If serious errors occur, please do factory reset.

Please keep in mind, this is Beta and could have also bugs or act unstable, it is for testing and not for productive use 24h with the box.

If you don`t want to test, please wait until official comes out. No Forum support in other threads if beta is in use, beta issues should be discussed only in this thread.



HowTo Install:

Home Menu -> Software Update -> press "0227" -> Red Icon and Beta Test SW appear (right corner) -> Press Red Button -> Now is the Firmware and Software shown, press "OK" button for install.



The install process and reboot works automatically! Please don`t turn off the box or plug out the power supply, could damage the box. The reboot after update needs always much longer than usual, please be patinate and let the box finish the install. If necessary reboot later once again.
